Rob qualified as a dentist from the University of Manchester in 2016, he worked for several years in research at the Dental Public Health Unit in the collaboration between the University of Manchester and Colgate. During this time, he was involved with teaching undergraduate dental students at the University of Manchester. He worked for several years as a private hygienist in the Manchester area treating advanced cases of gum disease and then as an Associate Dentist in the Manchester area for the NHS. He completed his MSc in Periodontology at the University of Central Lancashire. He is a member of the British Society of Periodontology and an international member of the American Academy of Periodontology. Since then, Rob has worked in periodontics in Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire and Derbyshire.Rob's interest is disease management, stabilising gum disease and preventing it's progression. Rob also has a keen interest in surgical periodontics providing regenerative, resective, flap surgery and recession coverage for advanced cases of periodontal disease.

Dr Krishan Varma BDS MSc (Implantology)Special interest in ImplantologyDr Varma qualified from Manchester University in 2007, and began providing implant treatments in 2010. He completed an MSc in Dental Implantology at UCLAN, and has expanded his skills and knowledge internationally at several of the worlds leading training centres, including the Kois Centre in Seattle, Harvard University in Boston, and the Urban bone regeneration institute in Hungary. From 2016 he limited his practice to focus solely on implant treatments, working as a peripatetic clinician in multiple clinics across the country. He has attained vast experience having successfully placed and restored over 4000 implants. His scope of practice includes most clinical situations from single tooth to full mouth rehabilitations, immediate implants and advanced bone and soft tissue regeneration. He also acts a mentor for clinicians training to place or restore implants.

Dr David Gillbanks qualified with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Liverpool in 2009 in Human Anatomy and Cell Biology. After spending several years as a care worker he went on to study dentistry and qualified in 2015 with a BDS (Hons) from the Universities of Exeter and Plymouth, having lived and studied in Exeter, Plymouth and Truro. He began working for mydentist in 2016 at the Rock Ferry branch before transferring to Chester full-time in 2017. He generally takes a minimally-invasive approach to treatment with a holistic focus on oral health. David also offers simple orthodontic treatment using the Invisalign Go and Clear Correct aligner systems, and offers treatment in Denture Of Excellence to patients at the practice with specific care to patients personal needs. Dr gillbanks is also qualified to perform simple restoration of implants.

Dr Evangelia journey in dentistry started in 2020 when she qualified as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the Medical University of Iasi, Romania. After graduation, she worked voluntarily as a General Dentist at the 424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki, Greece. Dr Evangelia then chose to pursue a prosperous career in the UK by providing both NHS and private treatments. She is keen on aesthetic and restorative dentistry and in the future plans to be trained in minimal invasive treatments such as Orthodontics and Facial Aesthetic treatments as she feels that cosmetic dentistry is able to transform a patient's smile and confidence. She treats each patient as an individual with different needs and expectations and takes time to listen to their needs before discussing the treatment options. She also has a gentle and calming approach explaining each treatment stage and answering questions. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and traveling abroad.

Soon after graduation she returned to her home country, Greece, where she voluntarily worked for as a general dentist in a private clinic to gain experience. While working there she really enjoyed educating people regarding proper oral hygiene, as she believes it is the key to a healthy smile. She loves attending various seminars and workshops. In the future, Evgenia is planning to progress her career in Implantology. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, time with family and friends as well as travelling.

Hussam works as the Clinical Development Advisor for Implants for {my}dentist. Naturally, he is experienced in dental implants, but also offers complete smile makeovers with veneers, teeth straightening with ClearCorrect clear aligners and Six Month Smiles clear braces. Hussam aims to offer nothing short of the highest quality of dental care to his patients.Hussam graduated in 2010 and has gained a Masters in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Manchester in 2017. He has attended the Dental Implant Diploma by the Royal College of Surgeons, with emphasis on maintaining consistent and predictable high-quality results, using advanced and up to date practices. He was awarded the diploma of Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, as well as the diploma of the Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practice. He is also a member of the International Team of Implantology (ITI) and is a founding member of the College of General Dentistry. After achieving a postgraduate certificate in Clinical Education from the University of Edinburgh, Hussam engaged in clinical teaching for overseas dentists, along with dentists in the North West Deanery.
