Mei graduated in Dentistry from Southern Medical University (China) in 2010. After a year working as a general dentist, Mei embarked on a postgraduate program in Periodontology and was awarded a Master of Science in Periodontology. In 2013, Mei relocated to the UK to start her research training which led to the award of a PhD in Dental biomaterials in 2017 from Queen Mary University of London. In 2018 Mei passed her statutory exam and start working as a dentist with special interest in Periodontics in private dental practice in London.In 2019 Mei was appointed as NIHR Clinical Lecturer/Specialty Registrar in Periodontics at Eastman Dental Institute UCL/ Eastman Dental Hospital UCLH where Mei is currently completing her speciality training in Periodontics. In Mei’s clinical practice, she focuses on treating patients who suffer from gum disease, peri-implant disease and patients who require gum contouring and gum grafting.In her spare time, Mei enjoys cooking, crafting, gardening, and spending time with her family.

She has also completed courses in facial aesthetic procedures, such as anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers. She also now offers short term orthodontic treatment in the form of ClearCorrect.Outside of dentistry Elsa enjoys travelling, visiting her family and friends in Portugal whenever possible. She moved and worked in Warsaw in a private and military dental clinic.Magdalena moved to the UK in 2005 and worked as a locum in a number of dental practices in Gloucestershire, the North West of England, Devon and Dorset.In 2006 Magdalena moved to Ramsgate and since then has remained at {my}dentist, Hereson Road Ramsgate where she has become not only a great asset but also a friend to the team.She enjoys dentistry in general, however her main interest is working with nervous patients, helping them to overcome their dental phobias and transforming patients smiles and cosmetic dentistry. She also offers Invisalign teeth straightening.Magdalena, in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and activities such as badminton, walking, skiing and horse riding.

Priya then moved to the UK in 2021 working as a consultant in various dental practices whilst also lecturing in dental colleges. She performs a full range of adult and pediatric restorations, as well as deciduous tooth extractions, preventative care and advice, and periodontal treatment. Priya is new to the practice having spent the past 18 months at our sister practice in Westgate. In her spare time, Priya loves travelling, music, movies and walking around the beautiful Kent coasts and countryside. She also loves to visit her home and her family in India whenever possible.

Ralitsa joined {my}dentist Ramsgate in April 2019 where she has amassed a number of patients who enjoy her happy/calming approach. Ralitsa has a special interest in smile makeovers including composite bonding and extensive prosthetic works. She has recently undertaken the ClearCorrect course so is now able to offer a straight white smile you will love.Ralitsa spends her free time with her husband and two children, exploring Kent or enjoying local family based activities, She has a keen interest in baking (much to the staff's delight) and expanding her knowledge on new changes within dentistry by undertaking various courses.

Previously she qualified and worked as a dental technician, but she wanted a closer relationship with her patients. From a very young age she fell in love with the world of dentistry and decided she wanted to work as a dental hygienist. Providing her patients with the best experience, ensuring their comfort, and giving the highest standard of professional treatment that is so important to her. Through all her working years in Spain and England she learnt to adapt her treatment to the personal needs of her patients as well as to inspire and educate them to improve their daily oral hygiene.
