Dr Sara Belo graduated from the University of Porto with a master’s degree in Dentistry in 2016. She has a passion for rebuilding patients' smiles with minimally invasive techniques using teeth straightening, to improve the appearance of the smile, yet by preserving as much natural tooth as possible. Dr Sara works exclusively in the field of Orthodontics, which is the area of dentistry that deals with diagnosing, preventing, and correcting mal-positioned teeth and jaws, and misaligned bite patterns. She has completed a Diploma in Intensive Advances Biomechanics in Clear Aligner Technique, a Diploma in Treating Growing Patients with Clear Aligners, a Post-graduate diploma and a Master's in Clear Aligner Orthodontics and Facial Orthopaedics. Dr Sara has been awarded "Best Orthodontic Treatment with Clear Aligners" in September 2023. She provides clear aligner treatment to patients of all ages - children, teens & adults. She is a believer of early intervention when needed. She absolutely loves every aspect of her job as a dental therapist. Her favourite treatments are teeth whitening and composite bonding.
