Dr Damian Bourke has over 25 years of experience in delivering excellent standards of orthodontic care as a specialist. Damian's treatment style is to tailor teeth straightening to meet the needs of his patients, giving them a result in which they have had a part in creating by being free to express what they want. Damian originally set up the Doncaster practice in 1999 and takes great pride in long service for patients from a wide area encompassing South Yorkshire and beyond! He serves on various professional bodies and has been awarded the “1,000” plaque for the 1000+ great smiles he has created using Invisalign, clear aligners.

Dr. Tania Murphy is a Specialist Orthodontist covering our, Rotherham centre, Brinsworth and Scunthorpe practices. Tania qualified as a Dentist in 1996 from the University of Sheffield, she continued to develop her expertise and obtained her first Master’s degree in Oral Surgery in 1999. She then became a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery in 2000. This was quickly followed by the achievement of her second Masters degree in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons, England. In 2005 she then achieved the Fellowship in Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England for Orthodontics. After 16 years working as an NHS Orthodontic Consultant Tania stepped down from this role. Tania specialises in all aspects of teeth straightening, from fixed metal braces, tooth coloured braces, Invisalign, retention, functional appliances and other fixed and removable braces. She prides herself on working with the best orthodontic systems on the market to ensure exceptional treatment outcomes. Treatments with Tania are available on payment plans, including interest free finance options to cover the cost of braces. Outside of work Tania enjoys spending time with her two children, attending live music events, food and travel.

Abigail first qualified as a dental nurse in 2015 and progressed onto a Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2022. Abigail works across Yorkshire at our Scunthorpe, Rotherham and Sheffield practices ensuring the best quality care for children and adults with braces. She thoroughly enjoys working with our Orthodontic patients, whether they have, Invisalign, fixed metal braces, ceramic tooth coloured braces and many more. She loves seeing the beautiful smiles our team have worked hard together to make happen. In her space time she loves to travel and spending time with her friends. Abigail looks forward to welcoming you to our practice.

Kim Butler Orthodontic Therapist

Kim began dental nursing in January 1999, and gained her Dental Nurse qualification in 2001, and Dental Radiography in 2007. Kim then moved to a specialist orthodontic practice in Beverley where she worked towards her Orthodontic Nursing qualification and then eventually progressing on to Orthodontic Therapy. Kim qualified as an Orthodontic Therapist in 2024 with The Royal College of Surgeons England. Kim joined {my}orthodontist Scunthorpe in July 2024 and also works in Rotherham and {my}dentist Scunthorpe.Kim enjoys talking to her patients, and watching them as they progress through their orthodontic journey.In her spare time, Kim spends time with her 2 sons and family, watching football, going for walk and baking the occasional cake.

Rachael Hartley Orthodontic Therapist

Rachael started working at The Beverley Orthodontic Centre in 2012 as a qualified Dental Nurse. Whilst working at this practice Rachael passed the following courses;NEBDN Dental Radiography in July 2012,Dental Impression Taking Certificate in August 2012,Foundation Degree for Post Qualifying Dental Nursing in July 2015, BSC Health Professional Studies in July 2017, Level 3 Award in Education and Training in March 2017 and the NEBDN Orthodontic Dental Nursing in November 2018.Rachael then qualified with a Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy in June 2019 at the Leeds Dental Institute. Rachael started working in the Scunthorpe practice in 2025Rachael enjoys seeing the patients before/after photographs and being part of creating their perfect smile. Rachael is an asset to Beverley and Scunthorpe and is admired by her team.
