    Anil Paul MelittBDS, Assoc.FCGDent, MFD RCSI, MFDS (Eng, Glasg), PG Cert (Restorative Dentistry)Anil graduated with a BDS (Hons) in 2013 and has since pursued extensive postgraduate training. He completed a year-long restorative dentistry program and holds Membership Diplomas from the Royal Colleges of Ireland, England, and Glasgow. He is also an Associate Fellow of the College of General Dentistry and is designated as an Enhanced Practitioner.Anil has gained experience in diverse settings, including dental hospitals, universities, NHS, and private practices. Currently, he works in the private sector, where he takes a particular interest in restorative dentistry and is dedicated to providing comprehensive patient care. He is also expanding his expertise in dental implants and oral surgery, with plans to further develop in these fields.Outside of dentistry, Anil enjoys travelling with his wife and daughter, exploring new places.

    Dr Charlene Fata, BDS GDC 244740 I qualified from Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in 2013. After completing my VT in Harborne I worked as a locum dentist for the company until settling here in Ludlow in 2014. Prior to becoming a Dentist I read Biomedical Science at The University of Manchester. In 2018 I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative Dentistry and read for a short course in Periodontics with the FGDP. I am now completing my Masters in Periodontology at the University of Plymouth and can offer my patients special interest care in this field. I have enjoyed enhancing my skills in general and aesthetic dentistry. I provide minimally invasive cosmetic treatments including Clear Correct teeth straightening, Enlighten Whitening and Smile Fast. When I’m not looking after my patients or completing courses, I coach rugby for a local ladies team. My other hobbies include golf, travelling.

    Dr. Sheila D'Souza graduated from the University of Pune, India in 1998 and has had over 25 years of experience in dentistry. She has been practicing both NHS and private dentistry in the UK since 2007.Sheila obtained her Certificate in Principles of Orthodontics from Warwick University in 2016 and an LLM in Medical Law and Ethics from De Montfort University in 2018.Sheila is based at my-dentist Ludlow, where she has been a vital member of the team since 2020. She provides a wide range of NHS and private treatments ensuring high-quality dental care is accessible to everyone.Her passion for orthodontics has led her to branch out into aligners. She has a particular interest in Clear Correct aligners, a discreet and effective method for teeth straightening at any age.Sheila has also mentored newly qualified dental graduates. Her dedication to professional development extends beyond her own career, as she is a Clinical Development Advisor within {my}dentist, supporting dentists at the start of their careers in the UK.In 2020, Sheila and her family relocated to the picturesque Shropshire hills, which they now call home. Outside of dentistry, Sheila enjoys baking and growing cut flowers.

    Damian Clayton qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2009 from the Defence Hygiene School. He was a serving member of the Royal Navy until 2013 and served at HMS Yeovilton and at sea. His ethos to dental hygiene is to involve patients in decision making and give them ownership of their care He enjoys helping patients to maintain and improve their oral health and keeps abreast of current techniques and treatments in the field of periodontology. His goal is to assist patients in maintaining a healthy mouth whilst using the cosmetic parts of his scope of practice to provide patients with a bright smile. Damian has worked for {my}dentist since leaving the Royal Navy.

    Qualified BDS London 1982Martin has had a varied career working in dentistry, He has worked in many sets but mostly in General Dental Practice. For twenty-four years Martin owned his own practices, managing, training and mentoring other dentists and staff. He has worked both in the private sector and the NHS. His particular interest is in endodontics (root treatments), in which he has a post-graduate degree, but is primarily a general dentist. Martin is adept at communication and is able to manage complex and difficult clinical problems in most aspects of dentistry. However, he focuses primarily on simple and preventive approaches to problems, in order to solve things in the most straight-forward of ways. In clinical work, Martin focuses primarily on the needs of his patients, and seeks to create a relaxed and controlled environment whilst working. His patients often rate his care highly saying that they felt listened to and feel confident that their interests are put first. There is an emphasis on making care as straightforward and easy to deal with for each individual, with clear and honest explanations, alongside realistic expectations.
